Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, promotions, or new releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

We ship to the Netherlands, Europe, and selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors such as postal services or customs. Estimated delivery times are: Netherlands 1–3 business days, Europe 3–7 business days, and International 7–14 business days.

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order size. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

STOIC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
